Job Title: School Site Manager

Teach Now is seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Manager to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Finchley. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in facilities management to take on a crucial role in maintaining the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the school site, ensuring a safe and clean environment for students and staff.
  2. Manage site security, including opening and closing the premises, and conduct regular health and safety checks.
  3. Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance work, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  4. Manage the site budget and resources, responding promptly to any emergencies or issues.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred.
  2. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a DBS check.
  3. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and contractors.
