Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Policy Advisor to join our team at the Church of England. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public policy, ethics, and faith-based initiatives.

About the Role: As a Public Policy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on matters related to public policy, ethics, and faith. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement policies that promote the values and mission of the Church of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide authoritative and timely advice on public policy and ethics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community leaders
  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging issues and trends in public policy and ethics
  • Design and implement projects to advance the Church's policy agenda

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, politics, philosophy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public policy or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
