The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) is a renowned thinktank driving progressive policy making in the UK. Our research and ideas have significantly impacted society, shaping policies on issues such as regional inequality and windfall taxes.

We are seeking an experienced researcher to lead a new programme of work on health policy within our public services team. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, strategic practitioner with a track record of high-quality published research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, fundraise for, lead, and manage a significant research methodology programme.
  • Represent the team at the highest levels of government, politics, business, academia, the voluntary sector, and media.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships and influence public policy.

This role will play a crucial part in positioning IPPR as a leader in health policy debates and research. You will be responsible for delivering impactful and high-quality research while combining intellectual flair, innovative thinking, and political insight.

The successful candidate will join our London office and be expected to work in the office at least two days a week. We value diversity and welcome applications from all sections of the community. If you require any adjustments to apply or need help, please let us know.

  • 37 hours per week contract
  • $53,902-$66,542 per year salary (dependent on experience)
