Administrative Support Specialist

LSH Auto is a leading automotive sales organization seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £26,500 per year, providing opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with invoicing and financial transactions related to sales, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
- Manage documentation, including vehicle registration, licensing, and warranty paperwork, with attention to detail and precision.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure effective communication and smooth sales processes, providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information, utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and precise records, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments, with knowledge of automotive sales processes and documentation preferred.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
