Job Description

The Administrative Support Coordinator will be the first point of contact for telephone queries, escalating any issues as appropriate. They will input and update patient data systems, arrange meetings on behalf of Nurse Assessors, and provide administrative support to the CHC Office Manager and Continuing and Complex Healthcare Team.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with colleagues and having the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programs

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
