Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Estates & Facilities, you will provide efficient and confidential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our division.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including reports and action logs
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements and training courses
  • Monitoring energy consumption and verifying invoices for payment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent/functional skills)
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Certificate in Management or extensive administrative experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
