About Us:
Safer Hand Solutions Ltd is a global organisation seeking an experienced and dedicated Credit Controller to join our team in Stoke on Trent. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless credit control service to internal and external clients.

Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to maximise collection performance while maintaining full visibility of our debtor ledger profile. You will work proactively with client accountants, surveyors, and clients to ensure an efficient and effective credit control service.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the collection of rents and service charges within a specific timeframe
• Contacting tenants via phone, email, and post to drive debt collection
• Maintaining accurate tenant ledgers, including reconciliations and contact information
• Timely management of tenant accounts when chasing debt
• Management of unallocated cash and assistance with clearing income items from bank reconciliations
• Regular reporting to internal and external clients using Excel and system-generated reports

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in high-volume collection environments and proficiency in reporting using Excel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress within our company.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with flexible working hours. Our office is based in a beautiful open-plan environment with a friendly team.
