We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with drug and alcohol addiction, managing a caseload, providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans, and delivering one-to-one interventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the substance misuse field, awareness of health issues related to substance misuse, and experience in key working and care planning. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

* Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
* Support individuals from point of entry
* Provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans
* Deliver one-to-one interventions

* Experience of working within the substance misuse field
* Awareness of health issues relating to substance misuse
* Experience of key working and care planning

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a £250 Training Allowance, Excellent Pay Rates, and a fantastic £250 Referral Bonus. Our specialist substance misuse consultants provide a single point of contact for all your queries.
