Community Recovery Specialist

Job Role
We Are With You is looking for a skilled Community Recovery Specialist to join our team in providing support to individuals struggling with substance misuse. Your key role will be to engage with clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner, understanding their needs and developing personalized plans to support their recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to clients, building strong relationships and trust
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify client needs and progress
- Work collaboratively with other services and agencies to ensure seamless support
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to improve practice and support delivery
- Support colleagues in delivering excellent care and services
Requirements
- Experience working in a health or social care setting, preferably in substance misuse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups
- Results-driven, highly organized, and effective time management
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
