Special Educational Needs Support Specialist

We are collaborating with schools in the Gainsborough area to address the high demand for Special Educational Needs specialists.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the education of young individuals with complex needs.
This role requires collaboration with children who face various learning barriers, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Engaging with students who require tailored support to overcome learning obstacles.
- Collaborating with educators to develop effective strategies for student success.
- Providing inspiration and hope for a better future.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in SEN or education.
- A commitment to safeguarding principles and practices.
- Experience in engaging students with complex behaviors.
- Availability for at least 4 days per week.
- Access to personal transportation for travel within a 15-mile radius.
The working hours align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), offering flexibility in terms of days worked. The compensation package includes a competitive salary paid weekly, without deductions or involvement of umbrella companies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available at a later date.
