Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bespoke Health and Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with an individual who requires tracheostomy and ventilation support overnight. You will be responsible for providing personal care, managing medication, and ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Provide personal care, including pad changes and skin integrity
• Manage medication administration and PEG care
• Assist with tracheostomy and ventilation care
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the individual
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience working with individuals with complex needs
• Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with the individual
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
