About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Health Care Support Worker at Gainsborough Urgent Treatment Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Health Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and competencies in various areas, including physiological observations, extended clinical skills such as plastering and venepuncture, and wound closure and care. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to manage your workload effectively in a busy and demanding environment. You will also need to have recent urgent care experience and specific relevant clinical skills, such as venepuncture and application of plaster.
