Professional Standards Specialist

As a Professional Standards Specialist with AD Warrior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our members adhere to the highest standards of professionalism.
This role involves working closely with our trainers to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our members. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in adult education and training delivery. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
