Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at The Redbourne Centre, a specialist care home with nursing. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with mild to moderate intellectual disability, mental health disorders, and complex needs. Your primary goal will be to promote social inclusion and independence among our residents, while fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To assist the senior team in assessing individual tenant needs, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care for multiple individuals or groups of tenants/tenants.
- To exercise reasonable professional autonomy and make judgments and decisions to meet job expectations and demands.
- Liaise effectively with all stakeholders in the care process, including carers and relatives, aiming to provide an integrated service to tenants.
Salary: £11.68 per hour
