Automotive Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes:
- Leading the team to achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with market trends
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance using key metrics and benchmarks
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
