Development Programme Manager

Premier Foods is seeking a skilled Development Programme Manager to lead the delivery of effective development programmes and solutions for colleagues across the site. The successful candidate will have a strong background in L&D, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the FMCG industry.

You will work closely with the Training team to ensure that resource is deployed effectively across the site, adding value to the manufacturing operation. The salary for this position is approximately £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

This is a hands-on role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence initiatives to final conclusion. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering development programmes, working proactively to conduct training needs analysis, and recording and maintaining training records on-site.
