An ideal candidate will support and drive the learning and development agenda within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative L&D strategies and programmes designed to enhance performance at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with the company's objectives
- Facilitate learning and development programmes to enhance employee performance
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs
- Create a nurturing learning environment within the organisation
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Manage the L&D budget effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in the FMCG sector
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- The ability to work well in a team and foster a positive learning environment
- A creative and innovative approach to L&D solutions
