An ideal candidate will support and drive the learning and development agenda within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative L&D strategies and programmes designed to enhance performance at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in the FMCG sector
  3. Knowledge of learning and development best practices
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  5. Strong organisational and project management abilities
  6. The ability to work well in a team and foster a positive learning environment
  7. A creative and innovative approach to L&D solutions
