As a Behaviour and Inclusion Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable and challenging students, and their families, in mainstream school life. Your excellent behaviour management and inclusive ethos will help create a positive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with colleagues from across the United Learning trust and local cluster of schools to deliver high-quality support services to students and families.
  • Drive and determination will be essential as you implement effective behaviour systems and consistently apply them, seeking support when needed.
  • Your dedication to professional development will ensure you remain up-to-date with best practices in behaviour management and inclusion.
  • Excellent ongoing CPD and career development opportunities will be available to support your growth and success.
About the Role

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Based in Kent, this full-time position requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
