Job Title: ID Card Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of ID Card Administrator at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support to our security team. As an ID Card Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trust's ID card system.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our ID card system, including issuing, renewing, and revoking cards as needed.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding ID card-related queries and issues.
  • You will maintain accurate records of all ID card activity, including issuance, expiration, and revocation dates.
  • You will ensure that all ID cards are properly authorized and verified before being issued to employees.
  • You will work closely with our security team to resolve any ID card-related issues or discrepancies.
  • You will provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A GCSE in English and Math (A-C)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
