PestFix is a retail and wholesale supplier of pest management products and training. Based on Terminus Road, Chichester, we are looking for a new Sales Office Administrator working full time at our offices.
The primary purpose of this office based role is to support the sales team by processing orders from our top commercial customers.
**Duties will include**:
Input and conversion of data into our custom software system
Checking and processing orders arriving from our customer portals
Receipting purchase orders and uploading onto our custom software system
Understanding stock outages and offering alternative solutions
Working with PestFix account managers to resolve customer queries and disputes
Using the companies Google systems
**Applicant requirements**:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
Be willing to complete classroom learning for a qualification required to sell in this industry.
Experience in the pest management, facilities management, food production or agricultural industry.
Statistical analysis and data processing
Commercial order processing via computing software
Degree or other further education qualification
