We are a very busy garage looking for a new administrative assistant to come and join our team at Eames Motor Repairs Ltd.

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic to come and join us at our premesis on Terminus Road in Chichester.

As a company we have been operating for over 40 years and have a huge client base. We are looking for a professional, friendly and presentable person to join.

Position will be part time Tuesday-Thursday from 8-5.30pm with future options for additional days.

**The Role**:

- Undertaking full reception duties including meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Receiving calls to the business and arranging bookings for a range of vehicle faults.
- Keeping customers informed of all prices and updates to the vehicle when requested
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and tidy and retains a welcoming environment
- Ensuring booking systems are used and all bookings are kept up to date
- Supporting the Office Manager with administrative duties, as and when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previously worked in a customer centric role, office, or reception team
- Strong IT ability would be desirable
- Great communication skills both written and verbally.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.5 per week
