Our growing client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator
This is a varied an exciting role where the successful applicant will carry responsibility for the inventory and management for delivery of a broad range of products. The successful applicant must be able to multi-task, maintain strong attention to detailand be able to manage activities to agreed timescales. Working to plans and providing insight and effective feedback to all levels of the organisation is also part of the role
As an administrator you will ensure that the right product is delivered in the right format, based on customer requirements, at the right time. Taking full responsibility for the completion of all works relating to the delivery of products throughout theyear, working alongside various teams to acheive the objectives and goals.
**Role requirements**
- Interact with other departmental teams keeping regular contact regarding effective supply of the stock needed
- Assess incoming order quantities for both everyday and seasonal lines
- Generate works orders for manufacturers and manage transfer orders
- Liaise with the stock teams daily
- Manage inventory
- Manage the delivery of all stock into warehouses to the agreed quantity and on time
- Coordinate and track all seasonal activity being able to provide a status update both internally and externally
- Provide management information
- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory em.
- Ensure that business systems accurately reflect all of the above activities and are updated
- Support the team in achieving the highest standards of delivery to our customers.
**About you**:
You will have proven examples of the following:
- Experience in an administrative capacity/ customer operations or stock/ inventory control
- Experience working with product and stock control planning processes and systems
- Use of problem-solving techniques and good judgement
- Ability to manage your own time to ensure adherence to multiple deadlines
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- 23 days holiday plus BH, going up to 25 after 2 years and then an additional day a year capped at 28
