We are a UK charity operating at the forefront of neurorehabilitation, and we are now seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative training solutions that improve the quality of care provided by our staff. Based in England, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement training programs that cater to the diverse needs of individuals recovering from brain injuries.

Your Role
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of care professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of training services across multiple sites
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
