Salary: Up to £30,870 per annum + Car Allowance
Hours: 35 hours per week (Hybrid working with travel across England)

Are you passionate about improving the quality of care and support through effective training? Join our dedicated team and help transform lives.

We are a leading UK charity, committed to empowering individuals with brain injuries to regain their independence and achieve personal goals through specialist neurorehabilitation. Operating across assessment centres, hospitals, and rehabilitation units, we support people from all walks of life who are recovering from trauma, illness, or substance misuse.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Trainer who shares our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping the quality of care delivered across multiple sites.

Why Join Us?

Make a difference: You'll be at the forefront of developing training programs that directly influence the delivery of high-quality care, supporting staff in providing exceptional service to individuals recovering from brain injuries.
Hybrid work: Work in a flexible, hybrid model with occasional travel to various sites in England, providing you with diverse experiences and the opportunity to see how your training directly improves care.
Supportive work culture: Be part of a charity that values collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth. We’re passionate about creating a positive work environment where every team member is supported to thrive.

About the Role:

In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions that empower staff members to provide the best possible care. Your contribution will be integral to ensuring that the highest standards of support are maintained across all services. You will:

Create and deliver engaging learning experiences, including mandatory and developmental training.
Enhance the capabilities of staff to deliver superior care to individuals with brain injuries.
Travel to various locations, experiencing firsthand how your training supports both frontline staff and the individuals we care for.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our team, helping shape the future of neurorehabilitation services.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated trainer with the following skills and experience:

Relevant qualifications such as PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent.
Experience in designing and delivering learning interventions in a healthcare or social care setting (experience in neurorehabilitation is a plus).
Knowledge of the health and social care sector with a focus on brain injuries or similar conditions is advantageous, though not essential.
A creative and engaging approach to training delivery, with the ability to adapt content to suit diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels.

Benefits Package:

Competitive salary of up to £30,870 per annum, plus a car allowance.
Generous holiday entitlement: 33 days per year, including bank holidays.
Pension Scheme and Group Life Assurance for peace of mind.
Access to Perkbox discounts on shopping, entertainment, and leisure.
Blue Light Card for additional savings.
Ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression.
Wellbeing focus with access to employee wellbeing programs and long service awards.

How to Apply:

If you are passionate about making a real impact through training and want to be part of an organisation that changes lives, we would love to hear from you.

Please send your CV to or call (phone number removed) for further information. We encourage early applications, as we review on a rolling basis.
