Our leading UK charity is dedicated to empowering individuals with brain injuries to regain their independence and achieve personal goals through specialist neurorehabilitation. With a strong focus on improving the quality of care and support, we operate across assessment centres, hospitals, and rehabilitation units, supporting people from all walks of life who are recovering from trauma, illness, or substance misuse. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to shape the quality of care delivered across multiple sites, contributing to the transformation of lives and making a positive difference in the community. The estimated salary for this position is up to £30,870 per annum + Car Allowance. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering training programs that enhance the quality of care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions
  • Traveling to various sites in England to provide training and support
Requirements for this role include:
  • Extensive experience in corporate learning, preferably in the neurorehabilitation sector
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
