Corporate Trainer

As a Corporate Trainer (Neurorehabilitation), you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that empower staff members to provide exceptional care to individuals with brain injuries. Our organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced trainer to join our team.

About the Role:
In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training and support, and continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a healthcare or social care setting
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
