About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Envision Education. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children, preferably in a SEND setting, and be comfortable providing one-to-one support.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Your duties will include supporting children with special educational needs, assisting with lesson planning, and providing personal care when necessary. Requirements
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a SEND setting
• Ability to provide one-to-one support for children with special educational needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
