Learning Support Specialist

Transforming the educational journey of young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and other Additional Educational Needs in Buckinghamshire.
We are seeking SEN/SEND tutors with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
As a SEN/SEND tutor, you will provide Maths, English, or Science tuition in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner, raising engagement and drastically improving the outlook of young people's educational journey.

The role involves providing support to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs. Tasks and responsibilities include planning sessions, providing holistic and engaging teaching, and completing lesson reports.
Requirements
Professional Teaching Qualifications, minimum 2 years teaching experience, and experience working with young people with SEND and other needs are essential.
A strict requirement is to follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
This position involves engaging as a Worker, with a contract for service and PAYE payments.
