An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Cookstown. This role offers a unique blend of sales and administrative responsibilities, with the opportunity to work for an award-winning company.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Speaking with business customers and processing new orders
- Accurately entering new orders onto the system according to deadlines
- Investigating and resolving any queries relating to either delivery or invoice issues
- Informing the business customer of offers that relate to the quantity of their order
- Liaising with various internal departments including finance, warehouse, sales, etc.
- Communication with hauliers regarding deliveries
- General office administration: data entry, emails, order processing, updating various IT systems, producing quotations, etc.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will need:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
