VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a **Customer Service Administrator **for a Global market leader that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a thriving organisation.

This role is based in the company's **Cookstown **office.

Shifts are Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm.

**Salary**

£15,000 per year + Fantastic Benefits package

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for domestic shipping to UK & Ireland.
- Receiving post and processing into appropriate workflow.
- Keeping tracking log up to date while shipping ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Posting invoice batches at end of day.
- Scanning and filing of processed orders.
- Any other administrative duties.
- At least 1-2 years Office Administration experience.
- Confident and approachable telephone manner.
- Good communication skills and administrative skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Be able to adapt with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- **Experience of invoicing is essential.**
