**Nixon McQuade** are proud to be working with a family owned manufacturing company based in Cookstown to find an **Accounts Administrator** to join their finance team.

As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Monitor and track company expenses.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in accounting or finance administrator role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
