The Enisca Group is looking for a Receptionist who is also able to undertake some administration duties, working closely with the Accounts team to support their administrative needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering, logging and directing all incoming calls.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Greeting visitors to the building and providing refreshments when requested.
- Booking travel, accommodation and vehicle hire for colleagues working elsewhere in the UK.
- Assisting with the purchase ledger duties, filing invoices and statements, checking statement balances and posting purchase invoices to relevant operating systems.
- Assisting with the sales ledger, preparation of sales invoices, allocation of payments to correct job codes, preparation of receipts.
- Carrying out banking duties, making lodgements and credit card reconciliation.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties required that is within the remit and capability of the post holder.
**Essential Skills**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working as part of a team and in an office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivation with a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Previous accounts admin experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
