We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Sales Admin Assistant to join our team at Quick Food Products Ltd, the Home of The Original Patty Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and recruitment efforts, including marketing and food hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our sales and recruitment team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management and content creation.
  • Contribute to food hygiene and safety initiatives, including training and compliance.
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License.
  • Experience taking photos/videos and basic editing.
  • Experience working in the food industry.
