Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Stonewater. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve complex customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stonewater's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with Stonewater's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
