Business Operations Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year

Mason Blake, a leading recruitment agency, has been providing expert advice to clients and candidates in the investment management sector for over two decades.

We are seeking a skilled Bureau Coordinator to join our team in trendy Shoreditch. The ideal candidate will be available to work predominantly in the office but also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with candidates and communicate live vacancy opportunities via phone
  • Analyse the investment management recruitment market to identify industry trends and insights
  • Support consultants in sourcing potential candidates using LinkedIn and our CRM system
  • Develop compelling job advertisements for consultant-led roles
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews on behalf of consultants
  • Promote exceptional customer service standards across all interactions with candidates and clients
  • Provide temporary cover for colleagues during their annual leave
  • Efficiently manage candidate CV uploads onto client online platforms
Requirements:
  • A customer-focused individual with a proven track record in customer-facing roles
  • Desirable experience in customer service environments, particularly those involving phone communication
  • Degree-level education or equivalent qualification (ideally a 2.1 degree or above from a reputable institution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
