**Job Title:** Assistant Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

We are a specialist property recruitment company based in Oxford Circus, looking for an ambitious individual to join our successful team. Our business is undergoing continued growth, and we need a skilled candidate to work alongside one of our Team Leaders in various duties.

The ideal candidate should have good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as experience in a sales-oriented environment. They must also be driven, self-motivated, confident, and diplomatic with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate management: Registering candidates, creating profiles on the database, calling candidates to schedule interviews, sending confirmation emails, and following up on job offers.
  2. Administration: Data entry, filling ID documents, and updating client information.
  3. Clients relations: Building rapport with clients, conducting site visits, and ensuring seamless communication.
  4. Professional development: Keeping up-to-date with industry news, learning about the property management industry, and developing social media skills.

Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum (basic) plus commission share (circa £2-5k) and a travelcard after probation. You will also receive in-house training to progress into working as a recruitment consultant, with opportunities to earn between £45-60k within 2 years.
