About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Training and Support Officer to join our team at the City & County of Swansea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, motivating and encouraging colleagues to achieve personal and professional growth, assessing and monitoring training and development needs, creating digital and physical training manuals, presenting in-person or online training sessions, and sourcing specialist training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for learning and development. You will also need to be able to apply your skills to assist and support our data-driven decision-making, by offering a comprehensive administration and support role, including researching innovative ideas, supporting key projects, and monitoring performance statistics.
