Support Coordinator

Llamau is a pioneering organization that aims to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. We're seeking a skilled and empathic professional to join our team as a Support Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in support provision and project management, with the ability to motivate individuals and teams to provide high-quality support to young people and vulnerable adults. They will be able to work alongside passionate and supportive colleagues in a rewarding environment, making a significant contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness.
The role involves working consistently as part of the project staff team, engaging with, building trusting and respectful relationships with, and providing support to young people who can be difficult to engage. The Support Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring safety and security within the project, ensuring the safety and highest quality maintenance and cleanliness of the project, and recording and reporting all work and incidents in accordance with Llamau's procedures.
This role requires lone working, so following procedures, taking initiative, and self-motivation are essential. The successful candidate will have access to a competitive benefits package, including a maximum holiday entitlement of 40 days (including bank holidays), an enhanced Group Pension Scheme of 10% contributions (after qualifying period), and free access to an internal wellbeing and counselling team.
As a Support Coordinator at Llamau, you will have opportunities to diversify your skills and widen your experience across a range of services and niche roles, including domestic violence service, employment support, training, and skills tutoring.
