Sales and Account Management Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales and Account Management Executive to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for managing key retailer accounts, developing sales strategies, and analyzing results to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key retailer accounts to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
- Work closely with colleagues to develop new products that meet consumer and customer needs while ensuring financial viability
- Develop robust sales forecasts to deliver exceptional service levels
- Analyze launch and promotion results to identify areas for improvement and inform future activity

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in food and drink industry, preferably with major retailer experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with data
- Relevant qualification or experience in commercial roles
- Experience in relationship building and delivering presentations
