Experienced Insurance Professionals Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of our dedicated team, supporting clients across their entire insurance journey. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the insurance industry is essential, particularly in account handling or customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients across their entire insurance journey, including policy renewal, changes, and new business acquisitions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
