Haematology Clinical Governance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new models of care in Haematology.
- Network with local clinicians and healthcare providers to improve services.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing Haematology services.
- Contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Support the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director to ensure that Medefer meets the requirements of the CQC and clinical quality components of our contractual obligations.
This role requires excellent time management, planning and prioritising skills, as well as leadership coaching and mentoring abilities. If you are a commercially aware and adaptable individual who is able to multi-task and think creatively, we would like to hear from you.
