About the Role:
Celsus Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our Haematology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in haematology nursing.

About You:
We are looking for a qualified nurse with a strong background in haematology who can provide high-quality patient care and support. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will work closely with Consultants, Radiographers, and other medical professionals to deliver safe and effective treatments. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Consultants, Radiographers, and other medical professionals to deliver safe and effective treatments.
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans for patients with haematological disorders.
- Providing education and support to patients and families to promote understanding and self-management of their condition.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A recognised qualification in nursing, such as an adult or children's nursing degree or diploma.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a haematology setting, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Salary: £45,000 per annum
