About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our Oncology and Haematology Services team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other treatments.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other treatments
- Working closely with consultants, CNSs, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide a holistic patient experience
- Liaising directly with consultants to provide advice on prescribing SACT
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A postgraduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
- Specialist knowledge in oncology, aseptic production, and haematology
- Extensive experience working within a hospital setting, particularly in oncology and haematology
- Previous management experience, ideally within a pharmacy setting
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday per year, private healthcare insurance, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
