We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Haematology expert to join our prestigious Haematology department at Triple West Medical, a leading healthcare provider in the UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a Consultant in Haematology position, working alongside a team of experienced clinicians and medical professionals. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, conducting clinical research, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patients with haematological malignancies and general haematology disorders.
  • Participate in consultative reviews and on-call duties for acute hospitals, supporting referrals and laboratory services.
  • Contribute to integrated Haemato-oncology Clinical MDTs, quality meetings, educational sessions, and mortality and morbidity discussions.
  • Attend 3 clinics per week and provide morphology reporting for blood films on a sessional basis.
  • Promote speciality education among undergraduates, postgraduates, and allied health professionals, including participation in teaching programs.
  • Contribute to Clinical Governance and audit initiatives within the Haematology department.
