About the Role

This is a Bank position, providing cover as and when needed. As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, and care planning
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care
