Regional Business Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Regional Business Director, responsible for leading our branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, optimize branch performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a positive work environment, and encouraging open communication and feedback.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
