  • Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, including days and nights
  • Job Type: Permanent role with a progressive company
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring their activities align with overall business objectives and driving internal KPIs to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate will have recognised Electrical/Mechanical qualifications, experience in managing on-site teams within a regulated environment, and strong people skills.

A key aspect of this role is motivating the engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and development, as well as completing performance reviews to drive improvements.
