Job Summary

The Resourcing Group is seeking a highly skilled Welsh Speaking Management Assessor to join their team on a maternity contract for 1 year, with the option to go permanent following this. This role will be covering North Wales and will be fully remote, allowing candidates to be based anywhere in Wales with occasional travel to Cardiff.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support learners in achieving their qualifications while working closely with our client, a well-established training company. As a Management Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering induction sessions that provide an overview of the chosen Framework (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).

You will also support learners in attaining Essential Skills controlled tasks and assessments in Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting their learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback, and regular learner interaction.

Your responsibilities will also include managing quality assurance, performance, and conformance, as well as employer engagement processes to ensure all processes are followed and all parties are fully engaged.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a NVQ/VRQ Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent experience. You should also hold a Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Six Sigma) or an equivalent. Good level of Maths and English skills are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, plus 30 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.
