About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our team. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for selling personalised behavioural interventions to executive-level decision makers within HR and L&D. You will work closely with our clients to understand their people and performance challenges and propose suitable solutions from our unique and innovative point of view.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow new business and expand existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision makers within HR and L&D
  • Conduct deep dives into client organisations to understand their people and performance challenges
  • Propose and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and growing existing accounts
  • Experience owning the end-to-end sales process, from lead sourcing to proposal generation and final pitch
  • Strong understanding of behavioural science and its application in a business context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
