About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our team. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for selling personalised behavioural interventions to executive-level decision makers within HR and L&D. You will work closely with our team to understand the people and performance challenges of our clients and propose suitable solutions from our unique and innovative point of view.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow new business and expand existing relationships with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision makers within HR and L&D
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and pitches
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Proven track record of success in consultative B2B sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong focus on innovation and creativity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
